Since I have watched the Clash of the Titans, Perseus is the son of Zeus and in The Percy Jackson book series and the movies, Percy/Perseus is the son of Poseidon. Who is really his father??? Help! I'm confused.

The two Percy's are two different people. Poseidon's Percy is part of the modern world. The original Clash of the Titans is from way back when and is a completely different story.
