I think Evalski is the one that sounds better out of all the ones that I could think of.

I actually like Evalski or Kowasleva.

It's harder because Eva is such a short name. Maybe Kova, Kowva, or Keva.

Either Kowva or Evalski would work well. They both are pretty easy to say and are easy for me to tell which paring the name is for.
