Well, the first time she wasn't thinking clearly, but I agree, it was a bit stupid to go into her room... she should have climbed out of a window or something. But the second time she only went there to get her boxing gloves and that electric thing.

she was panicked. what do you expect? the second time she needed to confront her nightmare. if she fled through the back door and saught help, ian would have escaped before the police arrived and he would have stalked/attacked her again at another time. or worse, brooke would have been left alone and ian could have easily killed her. I think peyton did the best she could have and acted as smart as can be, given the gravity of both situations.

I agree with abs07..first time peyton panicked...the second she stood up for herself and faced him and proved that she can be brave and very strong. She proved that she wasn't weak and she can face her fears and problems! Besides if she left, than there be no brooke.

If peyton went thro the back door the second time than she would be leaving brooke behind and ian would've done something to her, and we all would be pissed at her for doing that. Oh and brucasforever umm peyton didn't want to leave brooke in the basement(as u saw she was trying to untie her), but brooke told her to run and she'll untie herself.

and i agree Ians only interest was Peyton not Brooke he would hurt Brooke only if Peyton would leave the house! If Peyton would untie herself, ran and leave Brooke they would both be dead becuse they wouldnt be able to untie themself in time!
