Here's some stuff I remembered seeing:
Excuse me while I pull myself out of my puddle of tears I just cried after listening to One Direction’s new track, “Infinity.”
The guys — Harry, Niall, Liam and Louis — just released a heartbreaking ballad as a “little treat” for all of those that pre-ordered their upcoming fifth album,
The song definitely takes on that mature sound the guys have been teasing, as they teamed up yet again with John Ryan, Jamie Scott and Julian Bunetta — the team behind their hit, “Story of My Life.”
“How many nights does it take to count the stars? That’s the time it would take to fix my heart/ Oh baby, I was there for you, all I ever wanted was the truth,” the guys sing on the track.
The track, which is the second we’ve heard off their fifth album, has many different layers to it, as it starts off with a strummed guitar and slowly builds. The song plays with several instruments, but it takes off into a full power ballad as the song progresses, giving me some serious OneRepublic vibes. With heavy production mixed with their voices, the track soars, and you can certainly feel the emotions as the guys perfectly harmonize, singing about someone that got away.
I've already listened to #Infinity at least 20 times! It is my new religion! #MadeInTheAM @onedirection
Others just can’t seem to stop crying after listening to the heartfelt lyrics.
