Regina is revenging the harm a little girl did without awareness, unpremeditated. Not to mention that she done harm thinking she does something good (keep a mother from loosing her daughter and a daughter from loosing her mother.)

@Princess-Yvonne You seem to forget that Rumple turned a man into a slug and then stepped on him because he looked at his son the wrong way. Oh and he turned Belle's fiance into a rose which then Belle cut and put in a vase. He also refused to give up his power when his son asked and he promised he would. He let his son go into another world because he loved his power more. So I'd say he's just as heartless as Regina.


I myself don't see either of them as heartless, just desperate for power and love. Which in term makes them both "badass" in my books. ^_^

YOU seem to forget that Rumpel used his powers to stop a war that was killing innocent children. While Regina NEVER used her powers to do any good. While Regina used her powers to hurt INNOCENT children.
