Snow's Storybrooke wardrobe is bad but in the first two seasons she had decent outfits (Maybe when Ginnifer Goodwin became a mother in season 3 something just happened to the way they dressed Snow). Every single one of Belle's Storybrooke outfits are absolutely hideous! She's definitely the worst dressed of all the female characters on the show. Both have beautiful Enchanted Forest outfits but their Storybrooke outfits are far from it.
