I realize I'm gonna get some serious backlash from this statement but I'm not really a người hâm mộ of "The Little Mermaid". It was my yêu thích movie when I was six. I had the bedsheets and everything and "Part of Your World" and was the only song heard in my house for at least two years. Ergo I was not as excited about this episode as the majority of the fandom. Happily the writers quite literally blew...

Growing up, I read the story of Neverland and Peter Pan. Always thinking that Peter Pan is the good guy and Captain Hook is the guy that wants to destroy Peter Pan for some reason.

Peter Pan was a guy that never grew up, had an Island of Mất tích boys that felt as though they were abandoned.

Captain Hook was the evil pirate with the weird moustache that kept going after him for some odd reason.

And now with Once Upon a time, everything that I thought I knew changed in an instant.
