The first episode we see McGee in is Season 1, Episode 7 - Sub Rosa. He isn't officially a part of the team until Season 2, Episode 1 - See No Evil.

Season 2, Episode 1. Ya need to get the movie that has every season and every episode on it busta. It's sold at walmart.
