-At 9:00 AM-
Everypony was at the Town Hall, all covered with snow and their hooves were very deep in the ground.
"I am very sorry for this unexpected blizzard, as the pegasi didn't schedule it," Mayor Mare said. "We will just have to bọc up this winter harder this year!"
