Miley, who was seen smoking what she claimed to be the legal herb salvia out of a bong in a video last year, proclaims herself a stoner in a newly released video.
The video, obtained bởi The Daily, was allegedly shot at the former Hannah Montana star's private 19th birthday party in Los Angeles.
