How do u get pictures from video on youtube?

bạn mean like screen shots hoặc the actual pictures in videos?
For screen shots I know with a Windows computer bạn can press printscreen on the keyboard and then paste it into like a paint program hoặc something... but if bạn mean the actual picture, bạn can't unless bạn take a screen shot hoặc ask the user who made the video for the picture
