Hotteok is a sweet pancake stuffed with honey, cinnamon, peanuts, and brown sugar. Eomuk-guk is a rice and fish cake soup with garlic, radish, anchovy broth, scallion, salt, pepper, and soy sauce. Tteokkochi is rice and fish cake skewers coated in a sweet and spicy sauce.
