ABSOLUTELY! I mean, it's clear that she loves him but there was never a single scene where the two of them talked to each other AT ALL. I mean, Eric's role in Return to the Sea was minimized but he still interacted more with Melody and even talked to her more than Lady did with Scamp. A perfect time for her to have interacted with her son would've been after Scamp and Tramp had their fight and Tramp's yelling just made things worse. Her more gentle touch would've been very helpful in trying to talk to her son and getting him to understand. But she just groans and goes back inside. GO TEND TO YOUR SON, LADY! I mean, I like Lady but she could've played more of an active part in being part of her son's life in this movie.
