bạn answered your own câu hỏi already kinda. They say he is because of his 'girly' voice. People just like to say it because of their own dumb reasons that he sounds like a girl. His voice is just that high really. And when he sings, he's thêm of an alto than a tenor so it seems even higher.
Other reasons why people think he's gay could also be his fashion hoặc that they just hate the kid, and the term 'gay' is used be meaning something negative, not just gay.

It shouldn't matter whether Justin Bieber has a 'high-pitched' voice. And it really bugs me when people get on his case about it, because it's not his fault. And honestly, his songs wouldn't be the same without his voice. I like his voice the way it is, it's a part of him and i would never change it.
