I also have panic attacks. âm nhạc helps me calm my tim, trái tim rate down and relax. My mom and dad adopted two boys from Alaska. One of the boys caused a lot of fear and pain in the trang chủ and I started having them shortly after. God has helped me through my fear. I'm only ten but that doesn't mean that I'm not strong. My dad deployed in March and he wasn't coming trang chủ for a year. But, one of the adopted boys had to go to a mental heath facility in Missouri .
