Well, we (I'm Italian,too!) use this exclamation hoặc others, like "Madonna!" "Oddio!" (they come from religion, but many people like me use them also if they don't believe in God hoặc in all this things)
I am italian soem ppl say this but i think the most say oddio well my family do and i never ususally hear that someone says mamma mia not really foten xDDD
