It's technologically possible, so why hasn't anybody decided to put up kiosks in various places where bạn can load up your ipod hoặc other device with a bunch of your yêu thích category of tunes for personal use, without having to own hoặc bother with a PC hoặc Mac?

Please don't say "rights issues" because we all know that rights are easily negotiated for. What ELSE is stopping this from becoming a reality?
