How do I get rid of video from My Nano?

I recorded it with the video camra. I want to xóa one and add the other to my libary. Does anyone know how to do that?

When bạn connect your ipod to iTunes, look on the left side bar and click on the name of your ipod, then go to phim chiếu rạp and bạn should be able to check off which video bạn do & don't want on that ipod :]

Just tried it. The ones I recorded with the ipod don't pop up. Thanks anyway.
