Why does nobody rate on this spot?

There are lots of những người hâm mộ of this spot, and lots of people contribute hình ảnh and người hâm mộ fictions and video and links, and lots of people comment. But why does nobody rate anything?

I personally have rated pretty much everything in this spot, and some content from a long time cách đây has been rated a few times because I đã đăng it to the VRSOF. But for the most part, people view and leave các bình luận but do not rate.

Why is that?

(P.S. I know a lot of các lượt xem for hình ảnh etc come from people who don't belong to Fanpop, but there are definitly fanpop users who are not rating what the view.)
