Koga was looking at me weirdly. I guess he had never heard of a person who could sense the jewel shards before. InuYasha slashed at him, but Koga jumped out of the way. Koga is too fast for InuYasha I thought. Just then, Koga kicked InuYasha in the face.
“InuYasha!” I yelled as he slammed into the ground. I saw him stand up and get into his new stance. He’s going to try the Wind Scar! I thought, recognizing that form. I looked at Koga, he ran at InuYasha but then his face changed. He knows!
“Fall back,” Koga yelled. He and his Người sói disappeared into the forest.
“Where are bạn going?” InuYasha seemed disappointed. “Stupid wolves.”
“I think he knew that he was in danger.” Miroku said. “His instincts told him that he was in danger.”
“Well,” I said. “We should bury the dead.” InuYasha and I started to dig the graves while Kagome, Miroku, Shippo, and Sango gathered the bodies. After we had buried everyone, we set off into the mountains where Koga had gone. I rode on InuYasha’s back with Shippo while Kagome, Sango, and Miroku rode on Kirara.
“Look up ahead.” I said, pointing to three Người sói on the path.
“I got them.” InuYasha said, speeding up. He ran full speed around the corner. An ambush of Người sói rained down on us from the cliff above.
“Hold on to me Kyoko,” InuYasha said. I screamed as InuYasha was slowly pushed off the cliff. He tried to fight them off as best as he could but there were too many. A rumbling came was coming from the right and I turned to see Koga running up the side of the mountain. He grabbed me and hoisted me over his shoulder.
“Bye mutt face.” Ha ran back the way he had come and the Người sói followed on the path.
“InuYasha!” I yelled as I looked back to see him disappear around the corner. “No! Put me down!” Koga just laughed and ran faster. Out of nowhere gigantic birds with human torsos in the middle of their heads.
“Damn!” He said, coming to a quick stop. “Kyoko, that’s your name right?” I nodded. “You can sense the shards. Do any of these birds have one?” I looked around.
“No, none of them have one,” I said.
“Then they are a waste of my time.” He kicked the closest bird’s wing off then continued to run. He kept running until he came to a waterfall. He jumped inside and I saw a huge cave full of men in lông, lông thú and wolves.
Koga set me down and grabbed my arm. He roughly dragged me over to a giant giường of fur. He threw me onto it.
“That’s a nice looking girl bạn got there Koga.” One of the men đã đưa ý kiến as they all gathered around.
“No one is going to eat this girl.” Koga yelled, turning around. “This girl can sense the sacred jewel shards and I am going to use that. If anyone tries to eat her I will kill them.” He lifted up his tail to hiển thị Shippo hanging on for dear life. “Here bạn can eat this.” He said, throwing Shippo into the vòng tròn of wolves.
“No!” I screamed standing up. “If bạn hurt him I won’t help you.”
“Fine.” Koga grabbed Shippo and threw him at me. “Don’t try to escape.” He walked out of the waterfall.
