Now, the whole epidemic thing was out of House and Cuddy's minds. They were thinking about the OTHER thing... the one that happened the first night at the hotel in Singapore... Should they tell Wilson? House, bởi now, had tuned out and was flashing back.
It was the first night, and House and Cuddy had just realised that there was one bed. They had looked at each other, uncomfortable, and Cuddy told House she was going to sleep on the couch. This seemed like a good enough plan until around 11:30 pm when House heard a loud THUD. He sat up to find Cuddy on the floor. "F my life," she had said. House laughed. "you should come over here," he said, "i'm sure it's better than the floor." Cuddy cautiosly climbed into the bed. "If bạn try anything..." she đã đưa ý kiến warningly. House rolled his eyes. "I won't!" he muttered. "Good," cuddy whispered, rolling closer and closer to House until she was ontop of him, "'cause I like to start..."
"House. Houuuuse! Earth to House!" Wilson noticed that Hpuse had spaced out.

Cuddy gave House an evil look. "It was...uh, great! The flight there had TVs in the backs of the seats. And the hotel... was pretty fancy," she said. "Well, it was going fine until some guy started getting sick, the symptoms were vomiting,nausea, abdominal pain, headache, and a rash on his lower back that spread everywhere but his head. House didn't think it was anything until another patient caught the disease. He thought one was pregnant and the other had radiation poisoning. He was all full of himself until I started puking and got the rash-"
"Oh my god!" Wilson said, shocked.
"Oh, save it." Cuddy went on, "Anyway, three thêm passengers got the disease, and I got House to do an emergency LP."
House took over. "The LP was negative for meningitis. Cuddy got all crazy and so I got an alternate theory. I tested, and it was positive."
"What was the disease?" Wilson asked.
"They weren't sick," House explained. "It was conversion disorder... mass hysteria."
Wilson sickered. Cuddy din't seem like the type to be affected bởi that sort of thing... and that fact that she was made him laugh. Which made House laugh. Which made Cuddy a little mad at first, but then she laughed, too.
Wilson stopped laughing all of a sudden. "Oh god! I forgot to start the car!"
House began to cry of laughter, not only because Wilson hadn't noticed, but neither had him hoặc Cuddy.
Wilson started the car and pulled out of the airport, leaving Wilson to talk about his patient, and House and Cuddy to cover up their sex in Singapore.

I was đọc up on opiate withdrawal and apparently bạn can go through withdrawal not just to stop taking the drug, Vicodin in House’s case, but to reduce the amount you’re taking.
So in House’s case, like Wilson said; his Vicodin levels where way to high and so the only option was to let his body recover and reduce it’s need for that amount it got everyday.
Therefore, the tiếp theo morning when he was seemingly better; it was because of the extreme cold-turkeyness that House used to reduce his levels of Vicodin in order for his hallucination of Amber to go away. So I don’t think it was a hallucination, because he hasn’t quit Vicodin, he has only reduced the amount he takes within the không gian of a horrible 24 giờ detox. His body no longer craves the Vicodin every giờ hoặc so like before.
