That must be after Wilson and House have a drink in a bar, maybe with the experimental treatment he can't drink alcohol--and since no-one knows he is on it, he drinks the alcohol and then throw up afterwards but Wilson catches him.

(I'm on vacation in Germany right now... but this connection won't buffer and it took me 10 minutes of waiting to see a 29 seconds long promo... I WILL NOT be able to wait for 40+ minutes to buffer!)
