Ok,is it just me,or in GoF when Harry tries to see Dumbledore after he finds Crouch bởi the Forbidden Forest,and he says that Sherbert chanh was the mật khẩu and has been since his 2nd year. But in CoS,McGonagall says chanh Drop...?

There's another possible explanation : depending on the edition bạn read. Originally, JKR had written "Sherbet Lemon". But it was feared that this may not mean much to American readership. American editions replaced the UK expression bởi "Lemon Drop", thêm understandable bởi American readers. All in all, the mật khẩu had not changed, only the editions.
