I'm just wondering why this guy doesn't like book 7? They didn't state their reasons very clearly and instead resorted to swearing and insulting Rowling. It doesn't exactly make me take them very seriously.

The end of HPB was the same as OotP; it sucked. Everyone knows this and agrees on it. They cut out so much stuff (I get not wanting to have a full on war, like in the book, but they [the Death Eaters] just marched right out. Severus stopped because Harry yelled for him, but only knocked him down a few times, and then ran away). As a Snape-Girl, I thought the whole thing was disappointing. We were all looking forward to Rickman's brilliant portrayal of Severus loosing it. ("DON'T CALL ME COWARD!")

I'm a little confused about his opinion on the seventh and eighth movies. He was complaining about how much they cut out/changed in the sixth one (which was smaller and contained less plot holes), but is upset about them making the seventh book into two movies? That doesn't even make sense.

The only thing I've managed to gather is that he dislikes the seventh book because Harry didn't kill Voldemort with Avada Kedavra. If that's seriously the case, then this fellow needs to go back and read The Seven Potters again. Or, re-read the whole series because he seriously didn't get the entire point of Harry's character.

^Yeah, I found him unclear and somewhat contradictory (is that the word?) too. I also gathered that he hated the epilogue. I didn't like it that much either, I found it rather unecessary, but I didn't let it ruin the entire book for me. To be honest, it seems to me like he's deliberately trying to find things to complain about, because much of his argument doesn't make sense.

^Yeah. No book series is perfect, and many of the problems he had are small and personal - definitely not enough to merit his claim of it being "a disgrace to both literature and Harry Potter alike." I thought DH (minus the epilogue) was an awesome way to end the series.

My dad just saw Eclipse last week, and he said that he "Had absolutely no respect for this movie. It's sick and wrong and nobody actually talks like that. It's predictable, cheesy, and how on Earth could those people on that one Fanpop page that you always talk about actually think that this train wreck is actually better than Harry Potter? Well, at least it's better than the first two."
I couldn't have put it better.

This is idiotic. He didn't mention the Burrow burning(my least favorite scene in the movies), and he claims that even HP fans dislike the last book. Um, isn't that what people are saying about Breaking Dawn? The picture that he photoshopped of Jo and Dan was just sick-minded and perverted.

This article does SORT OF have a point. but only sort of.
I personally thought the Death eaters exit was kind of epic. I loved how they included Bellatrix, though she wasn't in that scene in the book. XD "Yoo-hoo! Hagrid!" *sets house on fire* = FREAKING EPIC!

Also, the reason they didn't include the big battle at the end was because at the end of Deathly Hallows, there's going to be a big battle, and they didn't want the movies to be too same-y.
