Carrie Fisher wants to make one thing crystal clear: she has never commented on, much less badmouthed, Harrison Ford‘s talents in the bedroom.

“Any reports claiming I said Harrison was bad in bed are utterly false,” Fisher tells PEOPLE exclusively, in response to erroneous online items purporting that she was unkind to her 

“Perhaps people should read the book before they write their stories.”

While she does reveal the pair had a whirlwind 3-month affair while filming the original

Star Wars in 1976, Fisher intentionally left out their most intimate details from the book, excerpted exclusively in this week’s issue.

In fact, the star recounts their time affectionately and, although she was just 19, Fisher tells PEOPLE, “I was so inexperienced but I trusted something about him. He was kind.” 

“I would never talk about how someone was in any furniture — chair, bed, coffee table or otherwise,” she tweeted on Tuesday.
