Is Casey going to have a pregnancy scare?

After seeing the new sneak peek on the ABC Family website, odds are yes.

She stopped her birth control because it made her bloated and then she has a steamy time with Cappie in the last episode.

I don't want her to be pregnant, because it is sooo overused, but a scare would be quite acceptable.
