Actually, "Tongue Tied" was a montage through the ND members' celebration in winning Nationals. There wasn't a competition outfit involved with that one.

Also, it's not just one performance where they wear those outfits.

S2 Sectionals (girls: black and white dresses with black leggings; boys: maroon short-sleeved shirts, black pants and shoes)- I've Had the Time of My Life, Valerie
S2 Nationals (girls: black dresses and shoes; boys: black short-sleeved shirts, pants, and shoes)- Pretending and Light Up the World
S3 Sectionals (girls: white and black suit tops w/black skirts and shoes; boys: white and black suit tops w/black pants and shoes)- ABC, Control, Man in the Mirror
S3 Nationals (girls: red dresses w/black ribbon and black shoes; boys: black short-sleeved shirts, red tie, black pants and shoes)- Edge of Glory, It's All Coming Back to Me, Paradise By the Dashboard Light
