I remember visiting this website once...
It was called Game of Thrones cast: Who would make the best and worst king? | EW.com
Here's some stuff I remembered seeing:

stars Emilia Clarke, Gwendoline Christie, Maisie Williams, Sophie Turner, Lena Headey, and Natalie Dormer who would make the best queen of Westeros, as well as the worst. It seemed only fit to ask who would make the best and worst king too.
Below, Liam Cunningham, Tom Wlaschiha, Dean-Charles Chapman, Isaac Hempstead Wright, Alfie Allen, Iwan Rheon, and Michael McElhatton chime in. Some results are to be expected (the idea of Ramsay Bolton ruling… what a nightmare!), with others less so (that’s right, Reek wouldn’t have an entitled son following suit so maybe he’d be a good choice?).
LIAM CUNNINGHAM (plays Davos Seaworth): It’s never going to happen, but Samwell Tarly would be a lovely, great king, like Solomon. He’s educated, erudite, likes a nice bit of grub. I wouldn’t want the job, and you know what, poor, old Davos, let’s leave him alone. Let him get on and do some gardening or something like that.
TOM WLASCHIHA (Jaqen H’ghar): Samwell Tarly would be a good choice. He’s not too full of himself. Or Jaqen of course.
DEAN-CHARLES CHAPMAN (Tommen Baratheon): Tyrion would be a good king. He’d be a wicked king.
ISAAC HEMPSTEAD WRIGHT (Bran Stark): Yeah, I think Tyrion would be a great king. He’d be able to shut people down with just his wit, but he’d be pretty ruthless too.
ALFIE ALLEN (Theon Greyjoy, Reek): I think Reek would be a good king. You’re not going to get some entitled, little prick who’s going to be his son and heir. He’s going to choose someone who’s going to do the job well. Reek would choose probably Arya or Bran, one of those two.
CUNNINGHAM: It’s got to be the Night King. He would be the worst, wouldn’t he? Of our beloved characters… Ramsay would be a disastrous king. Littlefinger would worry me as well.
WLASCHIHA: The Boltons would probably be bad; Ramsay would probably not be a good choice. So saying [Ramsay would be a disastrous king], he’d probably end up on the Iron Throne.
IWAN RHEON (Ramsay Bolton): Ramsay would be the worst king. Ramsay should
MICHAEL MCELHATTON (Roose Bolton): Ramsay, definitely.
WRIGHT: I think [Hodor would] probably be the worst king, I hate to say it. I reckon someone like Petyr Baelish would be the worst king because he’d be too focused on trying to control everything that he wouldn’t actually rule. He’d be too intent on getting all the whispers. He would be trying to play the king, but he is the king.
