yes! fanart is very welcomed- you can make icons or wallpapers or you know..photos. i guess thats what youre implying- images of some sort. (videos are also welcome but im guessing you mean images)
you can submit up to five but they all have to be of the same subject. some sort of "theme" that connects them.
make sure to mark your entries with your name and the proper keywords and to credit the image as well. read more here:
