i can't seem to find that page.

You just contribute to a spot and when you've contributed something good and people have rated, then you get a medal. It can take 1 day to earn one and it can take 2 months. Depends on how much you contribute.

I added polls and I didn't get one medal

^You need to add MORE polls.I added a lot of polls, pictures, and more.Just be patient, it took me a month to get one, and I have 3.

Okay, I can explain it more clearly.
The thing you'll have to do is to add videos,polls,pictures, quizzes,article etc in huge quantity and your stuffs need to have fans too, I hope this helps.

Collaboration is key to earning medals; therefore, you should add high quality content that other fans will greatly appreciate.

Can answering questions get you a medal? (Along with other things)

I've found that making approximately 65 contributions to a club plus commenting on content will at least get you a dedicated fan medal. I contributed like 54 pictures to the Sonic Shadow and Silver club and commented on other things, and I have a die hard fan medal. I've also recently discovered that there is an orange super medal. I've only seen one user with it.

EDIT: I also just got a green medal in Sonadow today simply by just posting a few pics that ended up being popular. That happened within 2 years though, so you probably shouldn't do that if you wanna get a bunch of medals fast.

I joined a club I never contribute to, and I got a medal! Weird isn't it?

Can you get a medal if people like your answer or article

People fanning your contributions should make you get a medal faster, as should people commenting a lot and discussing the contribution. It's not a hard and fast rule though. The system is rather random.
