What is the file size for animated .gif thông tin các nhân pictures?

Animated .gif các biểu tượng can be made simply, with just a few frames of animation, hoặc they can be made larger. I myself have an animated .gif that is a small movie maybe thirty giây long. Presumably there are file size limits to thông tin các nhân pictures, so we users wouldn't be able to đăng tải such gargantuan files. What is the file size limit?

The animated ones. Though it seems like the animated ones that were uploaded prior to fanpop fixing the glitch still work (i.e. are still animated). From what I've read/seen, anyone who tries to đăng tải any kind of .gif biểu tượng now gets a "flat" image, regardless of whether the biểu tượng was animated hoặc not. Though I may be wrong on this, as I haven't tried to đăng tải any .gifs.
