if it's not bad then why do parents not allow their kids to have one?

like bạn đã đưa ý kiến its not bad, its just some parents arent comfartable with the fact that children are postin pics of themselves and parents dont know who their kids talk to over the internet blah blah and all that other internet saftey crap, some parents like to know EVERYTHING which is annoying :/
