The only similarity is that they're both about two brothers with very different personalities - one is kind of a lady's man while the other is very academic-focused - who have a lot of disagreements.
Otherwise, they're very different. While Suite Life is about twins who have lived together all their lives, vịt đực, drake and Josh is about two guys who suddenly became stepbrothers when they were teenagers. The concept is entirely different.
