Does anyone know who realy is River song and what is her conection with the doctor?

I dont think that river song is the doctors daughter because she clearly seems to have deeper feelings than that for him 'jenny' regenerated with out becoming a new person - shes not entirely time lord so there is the chance that she cant regenerate entirely and if she can why didnt she the first time it leaves too many questions, also why wouldnt she just tell the doctor who she was as his daughter? they had already met it wouldnt change his future hoặc any thing it would have been kinder to give her name than use his.
