at the very end of 'Flesh & Stone' what was the whole 'it's all about you, everything' and the code to the universe part all about?

it didn't really make sense...the part where the doctor sais 'in the morning, it you, it's all about you. Amy pond i need to get bạn sorted out right now' then he shoves her in the tardis and the whole code to the universe thing with the clock. and then it ends up with him at a nai do in the tiếp theo epidode?
