Pocahontas's team is much scattered and apart from doing fun together, or Grandma Willow sharing some advice, they hardly do anything substantially important stuff. I thought Eric's team was quite good actually - Grimsby helps Eric to take a chance with a person in front of him rather than dream about some perfect girl and Max was always by his side, giving him signals, helping them bond together.

All they do is just playing and having fun together, except Grandmother Willow that gives some advices to Pocahontas, but she isn't give the big impact of the main plot.
