Mulan had experienced the training in military, so she's the most physically fit one. Pocahontas is the second.

I do think Pocahontas is more athletic than the rest of the other princesses. However, I do find Mulan tops her, through rigorous military training.

Mulan needed a lot of training to pull off what Pocahontas was already doing naturally. If Pocahontas had the same training as Mulan, I think it would be no competition. I think Pocahontas has far more athletic potential and agility than Mulan plus Pocahontas has been athletically fit longer which means she will have more stamina than Mulan as well.

Like everybody else said Mulan had military training.

I feel like logically I should choose Mulan, but Pocahontas actually looks fit.
