I still choose Facilier because I don't find him to be scary at all, too low on the chain. The friends on the other side are far scarier than him. Also you really have to look for him and seek him out in order for him to turn your life upside down, which makes him less villainous to me.

Gothel isn't scary on my mind, she's just kinda creepy when she got older and go to her death. My next choice would be Jafar or Dr. Facilier.

I guess her. I would have gotten rid of Dr. Facilier for not being scary a while ago.

Agreed or Jafar. Mother Gothel kidnapped a child, hired thugs to scare her 'daughter' and stabbed her boyfriend. I think that makes her more frightening than Facilier and Jafar because I don't think either of them could do something like that without powers. Soft villains deep down.
