Jafar is an idiot who listens to a Parrot and gets tricked and distracted easily.....at least none of the women had to trust a sidekick to keep them on target...nor were they sidetracked by a "pretty face"....

Jafar is just stupid, and stupid villains are simply not threatening. He needs a parrot to make plans for him, he is apparently face blind, and in the end, he defeats himself. Pathetic. Plus, his design is copied from Maleficient.

Next would be Facilier, btw, because his motive makes no sense and it was stupid to create a villain with no real connection to the main characters. But at least there is some creativity in his design.

Dr. Facilier is definitely more liked on here than he used to be (he would definitely be out by now if this countdown was made a couple of years ago) but I'm not saying that's a bad thing, it's nice, I can just never get into him personally.

NOOO, not Shan Yu! He's so underrated, so frightening and so amazing.

Dr. Facilier is next on my list, but I think compared to Jafar he has at least an interesting design. His motivation is unlogical and confusing, though.
