Either Jasmine or Tiana. Tiana has more outfits and I like them all, but I just LOVE jasmine's.

Aside from her waitressing outfits, I prefer everything else Tiana wears, especially her Renaissance style outfit from the party.

This was hard, but I managed to narrow it down.
Personally, Jasmine and Mulan never ever go wrong clothes-wise. Tiana does have some fashion faux pas in there. But she has that green lilypad dress which I adore. I also love the blue dress Charlotte lends her (that girl has GREAT taste in clothes. Though seriously, why does she own a BLUE dress?!). The other two don't have outfits that I love, whereas Tiana does. Hence she wins.

Her outfits are awesome. Pretty and still functional.
