Anyway the Aladdin scores are kind of bland not the best

Who picked Tangled? the songs might not be my favorite, but the score is gorgeous.
This score is generally really very plain. I remember watching Toy Story 3 and I honestly thought I heard some of the moments from PATF's score in it. Most of it's just the same cadence repeated, or a variation. From what I've heard of him, I'm just not a fan of Randy Newman in general.

Yeah. Everyone here knows how much I like this movie and the songs, but I think of the Toy Story films and A Bug's Life when I hear the score. A bit too plain and Pixar for me. Lasseter booting Menken from this movie was a mistake. I don't know if he'll ever come back since this happened to Frozen as well. Anyways, it sounds too familiar.

Judging on score only, definitely. Nothing really stands out, it's bland.
