Hello all, this bài viết is pretty much what the tiêu đề says. I have had some boring time lately and I just started listing some of my thoughts on paper, and then I got the evil idea to write bài viết about it. So this is all about my opinions and thoughts and bạn all freely may hoặc may not agree with them. I actually have very little theories here, and most of them are completely lunatic, but let's hope bạn get at least some amuse from them. I have listed my opinions very bluntly without any greater explanations because I wanted this to be short and clear(and I don't like to write a lot).
I have listed thêm things about some phim chiếu rạp than some others and that's simply because I couldn't think any thêm things to say about them. I also want to apologize in advance if things I listed about Nữ hoàng băng giá and maybe Công chúa tóc xù sound too much hate posting, that was not how I wanted it to sound, I quite enjoy both of those movies. Also sorry for grammar errors.


A word of classics in whole, it's always been hard to me to compare them with renaissance hoặc modern movies. I tình yêu all classics but in different way than newer ones. Of course some things are comparable but to me it's mostly like comparing blueberries to strawberries.

Snow White and Seven Dwarfs


I really like the name "Prince Buckedhead", I wish it was thêm common.

I have always found it weird how long one night was, the ngày Snow White arrived to dwarves cottage, cleaned it, went to sleep and later on the same night the dwarves come trang chủ to found out about Snow White. And yet on the same ngày dwarves went to wash up themselves, they ate, there was Silly Song and Some ngày My Prince Will Come and only after that they finally went to sleep. I really hope that Disney didn't have to cut the scene where prince was imprisoned in dungeon.

I refuse to believe that Snow White is 14, she has always looked and sounded older to me. And as her age hasn't been revealed in movie I won't believe it.

I'd have loved to see wedding at the end, mainly because I really like Snow White's wedding dress in concept arts and story books.



Cinderella

Lọ lem has beautiful voice.

I have always liked Drizella thêm than Công chúa Anastasia ever since I was little. Black was my yêu thích hair color and I liked green way thêm than pink/purple. Also she was the less ugly of the sisters.

I wish Lọ lem would have been covered in ash at home, that's what her name implies too.

Prince Charming should have been the one to find glass slipper's owner.

When I was little (well, after I saw Pocahontas) I used to think that Ratcliffe was Drizella's and Anastasia's father, mainly because the laidies' hairstyles in Mine Mine Mine looked like lady Tremaine's hairstyle. I thought she was one of those laidies who kissed Ratcliffe's hand :P



Sleeping Beauty

This movie has incredible animation.

The thêm I think about Aurora's bangs the weirder them seem. It looks like half of it is longer than other half.

The movie's duration is either 5844 hoặc 5845 days, depending on how many leap years there was(16 years + one day).

Surprisingly I wish there was thêm screen time to both Aurora and Phillip.



The Little Mermaid


In Part of Your World reprise I'm always confused how there's wind to Ariel's face but big waves come behind her.

I know it'd ruin the story but I still can't understand why Ariel didn't write to Eric, after all we saw that she can write.

I never had any problem with Ariel's super thin waist, didn't have when I was little and don't have now. It's cartoon.

I loved biology in high school and I really can't understand how Triton's daughters can have all different hair color(well, 2 and 2 and 2 and 1). I even did ask about it my teacher but there's no explanation. Not to mention tails.

I really don't think the movie is set in Denmark, just because H.C Andersen is from Denmark doesn't mean his stories are from there. The sea nature is also nothing like around Denmark. In my opinion it's maybe something like Portugal, but most likely it's not set any actual place.

I think Ariel gets too much criticism and too little praise. I do actually agree with pretty much of her critics as long it's reasoned well but I miss times when there was thêm discussion about how adorable, fun and adventurous Ariel is than highlighting her selfish actions. And I know this'll sound completely biased and shallow and unreasonable but Những nàng tiên cá are cool, and it's not fun how great amout of discussion about our only mermaid princess is about her bad traits.



Beauty and the Beast


I have probably heard that theory from here, but the statues in the beginning could represent Adam's parents.

Belle has too many faces, I don't know if it's the reason, but I find her one of the hardest princesses to draw.

Deleted song Human Again which is added later to the movie is vain in my opinion. Like there's Something There, then Human Again and then Beauty and the Beast, I think that's too many songs as there happens barely anything between them.

I wish Belle had a cat, like in deleted version and concept arts.

I think Beats' human form is very handsome, but I think he's very easy to draw badly and make look ugly. Like in sequel he has many ugly shots.



Aladdin

It's the first DP movie I saw and I will always like it.

I don't think hoa nhài is 15, again it's because she's always seemed older to me. Actually when I first time saw the movie I thought she was turning 21, but that might be some confusion in my mind with another fairytale where princess was turning 21. I think she looks like 16 hoặc 17.

No matter what, I think this movie will always be one of the funniest Disney movies.

I think Jasmine's hair is too thick and unnatural, but as some cosplays hiển thị it's apparently possible.



Pocahontas


After I watched some bonus material I didn't really like how the whole story is some sort of based on màu sắc of the Wind. They made that song and then kind of started to build story around it. I might have understood it wrong though.

Pocahontas' hair is like paper, and I don't really like it but I have to admit it's absolutely beautiful.

The movie tổng thể is very pretty.

I hoped the movie would have shown thêm native Americans and their culture.

I always thought Kekata was woman and I'm not completely convinced about it even now. It's probably because finnish Kekata sounds little thêm neutral than original one. But I honestly thought he was she, when I first time saw the movie I even though Kekata was Pocahontas' grandmother. Kekata is like an older version of Pocahontas.



Mulan


I loooove this movie!!!

I kind of wish they would have included child Mulan in the movie but on the other hand I'm glad they didn't.

Longer version of reflection is one of the most beautiful things I have heard.

Mulan's grandfather was an acupuncturist, most likely it was grandmother Fa's husband but it could also be Fa Li's parents.

Shang should have has a helmet. It's just weird that he doesn't have one at all.

In my humble opinion Mulan 2 never existed.



Princess and the Frog


I think Disney should have made the original version of this fairytale, hoặc at least they shouldn't have had the Frog Prince book in the movie. The book obviously gives it away that the movie isn't even adoption of the original story. It's like Lọ lem would have been đọc story book about Lọ lem during her lonely nights. :/

kissing frog and turning into a frog was pretty lame idea. When I first time saw the trailer I thought they were joking, that it was just some marketing ploy. I was honestly disappointed when I saw the movie. From the really early trailer where Tiana refused Kiss frog to the mouth I had got the idea that this princess will have some crazy adventure with the frog until in the end she finally will Kiss the frog when she has learned to overcome her disgust. I'm probably old fashioned but I would have loved to see that kind of version.

I really really would have wanted to see Tiana thêm time in human, and not only because she's one of my prettiest DPs.

I think the movie has way too many plot holes.

I also would like to see Tiana's hair open.



Tangled


I think the name Công chúa tóc mây is quite weird as Rapunzel's hair never had any messy parts in the movie. Only time when I saw even little Công chúa tóc mây hair was in the trailer. Yes I am aware that the name suggests the stories of Rapunzel and Flynn Rider's(whatever his original story's name was) mix but it's still weird.

I like how Rapunzel reads other DPs stories(well maybe not read but them are there all the same).

Công chúa tóc mây has really beautiful concept art, my yêu thích one is picture which looks like Rapunzel is aiming Kristoff with crossbow.



Brave


âm nhạc is my yêu thích thing about this movie.

I personally can't stand Merida, she's just that kind of rebel teenager which I have never been able to get along with hoặc understand. Though I don't hate her anymore like I used to and depending on the ngày I find her quite okay sometimes.

Merida's hair is amazing but completely unrealistic. How can she has all different sizes of curls in her head? Also as she has so long hair it should weight enough to straighter some of the curls, at least a little.

There's no bears in Scotland.

I prefer the name chịu, gấu and the Bow over Brave. Rebel would have been thêm accurate too.

My yêu thích character is Elinor, I think she's a hero.


Frozen


The inaccurate snow ruins the movie for me. I just can't ignore it, I pay a lot of attention to snow in real life and the mess with different kinds of snow in the movie just takes all credibility.

Another mistake which I can't ignore is the lack of vớ, thả, còn hàng huy hiệu and runny noses. Even animated characters should obey some reality.

Movie is like, maybe 3 days. How come no one was sleeping at any point? I don't criticize this like the snow hoặc runny noses, I just wonder.

One thing that bothers my friend very much is how the movie is set in Scandinavia but Anna and Elsa look like some pretty French ladies with their big eyes and pretty small nose and mouth.

In my opinion many deleted versions of the story would have been much better than the final version, like Hans ending up with Elsa, having sisters argue a little thêm etc. Deleted song thêm Than Just The Spare would be my yêu thích song, I like it better than Let It Go.

Nữ hoàng băng giá princesses have brought mess to my already hopelessly messy DP list. For example I sort of like Elsa thêm than Rapunzel, I like Pocahontas thêm than Elsa but I like Rapunzel thêm than Pocahontas. I'm planning to give up all lists.
