As usual, I have a hard time making lists so don't pay too much attention to the rankings and just read what I have to say.

12. Brave
If you've known me over a năm ago, you'd know that I'm not much of a Pixar fan. Yes, I know I'm an awful person for discriminating between phim hoạt hình studios and this is Pixar we're talking about. So yeah, I'm guessing this is why I can't get into Công chúa tóc xù no matter how hard I try, considering it's also one, if not, my least yêu thích Pixar movie.

11. The Princess and the Frog
I've had issues with Tiana in the past because of her inconsistent morals that gets shoved into other people's face. Although now, I no longer hold it against her and just put her movie at fault. Not to mention the frog scenes drag on, the score is uninspiring, etc. etc. etc. So yeah while I have a lot of problems with this movie, it's still decent IMHO, just not on par with other DP movies.

10. Cinderella
Like most of you, I go through re-watching Disney phim chiếu rạp several times but I just can't seem to do that with Lọ lem one thêm time because not much excitement is present in this movie. Though it's still a timeless classic that makes bạn root for the main character the whole way through.

9. Sleeping Beauty
With Tchaikovsky Waltz and detailed traditional animation, Sleeping Beauty is in fact an artistic masterpiece. So if bạn don't hiển thị some sort of appreciation for this movie, it automatically means bạn have unrefined taste. Well, here I am putting it low on my list, I just have issues with most of the characters and the slow pacing of this movie.

8. Pocahontas
I can understand why Pocahontas was blamed for being the cause of its following Disney movies' lack of success. And I'm not only talking about the historical inaccuracies, which are, a little insulting when bạn think about it. This movie is often described as dull and irrational and I can see where people are coming from. Despite ''all the flaws''... the killer soundtrack, moving scenes and awesome characters like Wiggins make this movie a winner in my book.

7. Beauty and the Beast
While I 100% see why people started taking animated phim chiếu rạp as thêm than just kids' stuff after watching Beauty and the Beast, I don't believe it is thêm of a perfect movie than some of the other DP movies. I'm sorry, I really like this movie but I'm not about to put it on a pedestal. What I tình yêu most is how it has underlying messages under the clear good moral of this story.

6. Tangled
I adore the unique storytelling, the allegories and the theme of Tangled. It might not be one of my favorites, maybe because it started an Era I'm not crazy about (safe profitable CGI movies). But it does generally have good songs, characters and is just tổng thể a really smart movie where everything is well-thought-out about.

5. Snow White and the 7 Dwarfs
Walt was trying to see how well he could animate with Snow White and the 7 Dwarfs so this movie is mostly filler. But bạn know what? All of the scenes are well done and it's a part of its charm. Sometimes I gotta appreciate simplicity.

4. Frozen
This may hoặc may not be true about you, but Nữ hoàng băng giá hype seems to affect most people, either good hoặc bad. I don't believe it deserves the praise for being anything groundbreaking but I do enjoy watching this movie countless times and hát along to the songs with my peers. Yeah yeah, we could go on on how this isn't a plot hole-free movie but regardless, it's a movie that makes me happy.

3. Aladdin
Aladdin và cây đèn thần was one of my yêu thích Disney phim chiếu rạp when I was younger so nostalgia does play a part. It's very much a product of its time but that's just the thing, the 90s were the best. Arabian Nights is a mysterious intro that starts making me feel excited to watch the movie and the rest of the film keeps me entertained non-stop.

2. The Little Mermaid
The Little Mermaid gets to the feels, I don't know how the main titles and the happy ending can make me shed a tear, that doesn't even make any sense. It has loving characters that are a lot thêm layered than được trao credit for. This movie just shows bạn whatever your eyes want to see, gives bạn whatever your emotions want to feel and just has every aspect of Disney magic in it.

1. Mulan
Mulan is the Disney movie that gets me the most emotionally involved. It just seems to have the whole package, it's action-packed and entertaining. The timeless humor, admirable characters and significant scenes that can tug at my heartstrings make this my yêu thích DP movie.

22 LUCIFER AND POM-POM

Awwww, I actually like this couple. Seeing Lucifer fall in loves just makes him seem vulnerable. It’s nice to see him in that light considering his actions in all three movies. Although it was so sweet to see the kinder side of him, he definitely got what he deserved. I’ve seen celeb couples last longer than these two. Going back on his word and helping Pom-Pom attack the mice who helped him get her in the first place. Not cool.

Funfums picked Lucifer and Pom-Pom:
I don't like this couple.

 Party Time!!
Party Time!!
Since Halloween is coming, I'll write down some of the princesses favourite Halloween films.

1. Andrew Lloyd Webber's The Phantom of the Opera

I tình yêu this movie and I think it would be perfect for a Halloween party gathering for the princess together! It's about Erik, a deformed man living at the Opera House in Paris and needs love. Christine Daae, fell into a tình yêu tam giác between Erik and Raoul, Vicomte De Chagny.

2. Stephen King's Rose Red

The spookiness in this miniseries is the best EVER! I tình yêu Stephen King because he's very original with his story, it's base on a mansion in Seattle.

 Ella and Kit.
Ella and Kit.
Hi guys, I will be nghề viết văn 2 of my favourite Disney remake that were make into a live action reboot. I will write down on which of these 2 are my favourites, as well as how they inspired me.

Cinderella (2015)

One of the things I really like about this reboot of the 1950 classic, was that it teaches us to have faith and be kind. We also get to see how Ella manages to stand against her stepmother unlike her animated version, she also meets the prince before meeting him during the ball.

Beauty and the Beast (2017)

Like Cinderella, Belle has thêm screen-time including the Beast/ Prince Adam. Belle...

(this is just my personal opinion and experience)

so let's not get carried away and count down a few reasons why merida is TOTTALY AWESOME

 Hello Carrie!!!
Hello Carrie!!!
Hi guys, I have been a người hâm mộ of Carrie Underwood from the ngày she auditioned on American Idol in 2005. So, here are my choice for which songs from her are going to be the DP's favourites.

1. Just a Dream

This song Luật sư đấu trí Snow White and Princess Aurora, because they sleep for the majority of their respective films.

2. Good Girl

Since Ella has been trying her best to be a good girl to both her stepmother and her stepsisters, this upbeat song makes Ella wants to dance too!

3. Something in the Water

Okay, I know that this song is very religious, but it also các câu trả lời Ariel's prayers about uniting both...

 Loving the cast!
Loving the cast!
Hi guys, I đã đăng about these 2 songs on the Beauty and the Beast fanpage and now. Here are my thoughts on why the former has thêm meaning than the latter.

Strong Meaning

When Terrence Mann sang this on the Original Broadway cast, I cried my tim, trái tim out because the beast voiced out his remorseful feelings for chasing Belle out of the West Wing. In fact, the song should also be in the 2017 version because the beast felt no remorse shortly chasing Belle out.

Dramatic Ending

Upon listening to Alan Menken's rendition, I was blown away from his performance and I personally wish that Dan Stevens would sing this song for the film, I'm dying to hear his version!

If I Can't tình yêu Her

So, here are my two reasons on why I tình yêu the song, do tell me on what do bạn think and do bạn think that it should part of the film?

Ready to meet your live-action counterparts?
Ready to meet your live-action counterparts?
Hi guys, since I had watch 3 reboots of their respective Disney classics. Here are my opinions on which is better, the animated hoặc the live-action version?

Maleficent

Okay, as mentioned, this film left me disturbed for a number of reasons. The first was how they make King Stefan turn into the dark side, whereas in Sleeping Beauty. He is not like that at all! (1959 Version)
Sadly, Aurora gets less screen-time like her animated counterpart. But, she's thêm bubbly like Snow White! So I would say that I admire both the animated and live-action Princess Aurora. (tied)

Cinderella

I was very happy...

 Tale as Old as Time
Tale as Old as Time
Hi guys, I managed to see the 2017 reboot of Beauty and the Beast despite the initial boycott over the alleged gay moment for the Malaysian release, as I promise here is my review on the awesome classic!

The Story-Line

While the majority of the film is the same, I was very happy with a number of changes. Like we get to know thêm about Belle's and the Beast/ Prince Adam's backstory. To which I will write thêm about in another bài viết soon. Speaking of the Enchantress, I always thought that it is the Fairy Godmother from Cinderella!
The Prologue gives thêm details than the 1991 version, which...

I finally saw the 2014 Beauty and the Beast and I really loved it despite bad critical reception. Let's start with the costumes and visuals.

Costumes and Visuals
The costumes are stunning! Each of Belle's dresses are so beautiful, and blow the 2017 Belle's wardrobe right out of the water. What I loved is how the film is set in Victorian times so the normal costumes are very drab and gray but the lâu đài was set in the (16th/17?) century before the curse hit so the costumes are from that era which happens to be my yêu thích era fashion-wise. Belle's ivory dress is my yêu thích and she looks like...
