I prefer without the veil so you can see her lovely face better. With the veil it makes her look more elegant and sexy, but it covers her face up. Which to me I prefer to see. No a veil. This was how I felt while watching her as Lady Holiday in The Great Muppet Caper. She was always wearing those silly looking hats with the veil. Yes she made them look good while wearing them, but they kept covering up her face. Made me want to rip it off!! lol. So yeah. No veil. So much better. :D

Actually she looks great in both hats. I just prefer without the veil, because they get on my nerves a little. lol. So it's more as a personal thing than from which she looks best in. But she looks great in both. Thats my opinion. :D
