Survival of the fittest.
Young vs old.
Blood covered the ground under their pads. Each had their heads hung low to the ground. Eyes pinned to eachother. The older stood ready for his young opponent to make his attack. Instead the young one threw back his ears against his blood spattered head, and let out a ferocious snarl before bending its head down to lick at a wound on its fore front left leg. He took his eyes off his older opponent.
The old chó sói, sói knew from many years of living that bạn never take your eyes off of your attacker. The young chó sói, sói had just decided his own fate. With lightening fast reflexes he was at the young wolf's throat. His teeth already buried deep into the soft flesh growing closer and closer to the young wolf's life line.
The jugular vein.
The young chó sói, sói tried to scramble back in attempts to escape, but it was no use. The young wolf's eyes widened in terror. He knew what was going to happen when that vein was cut. Her out a terrified whimper hoping to convince the old chó sói, sói to let go. Again his actions were of no use.
He could feel the teeth growing closer.
He could feel the warm liquid travel down his neck and pool at his feet.
He could feel his life being taken from him.
The old chó sói, sói snapped his jaws tightly and quickly. There was a pop and a gush of blood from the young wolf. He release the young chó sói, sói from his grasp.
The young old stumbled back blood pouring from his wounded neck. He let out a blood curdling howl before falling into the snow. All around his body the white snow turned red. His body twitched before falling victim to death row.
The old chó sói, sói turned from his dead opponent to a she chó sói, sói that sat in the distance. She had watched the whole thing. For the whole battle was about her. The winner gaining the right to mate with her.
