I just remembered when in 1x03 Damon was massing with stefan's dream and then Stefan staped with that letter opener Damon got up like it was nothing but when Damon staped Stefan, Stefan fell to the ground

and this scene reminded me of that because she didn't stap him that hard but he sat down do think Damon is ok??

I would think because Rebekah stabbed him with wood, versus a metal/synthetic object. Plus she's an original, I'm sure since she is an original she has more power to inflict more pain.
