I think that Stelena will come together for part of the season, but I also think that she will have a fling with Damon and then fight and break up with him (Damon :( ) but that will give them a chance to get together in season 5 and be ready for endgame!

^^oh, i don't what them to just have a fling... well maybe, as long as she dumps Stefan's arse before said fling ;)

They might have a fling in season 4 , but a proper relationship in season 5!
