In your opinion, what makes a movie a Classic?

A friend asked me the other ngày what I thought made a movie a 'classic'. And I didnt know how to answer. Is it that it's been watched millions of times? The only movie of its kind? Really old? What do bạn think?

I've seen plenty of old classic films. They usually have a great (believable) storyline, great diễn xuất and they make bạn think, there are many reasons really but they don't just "entertain" with car chases/stunts/explosions like a lot of films now do. Those type of films don't really appeal to me.
