Last năm I made them for my ex-boyfriend on Valentines Day... I really liked them!
For ca 60 pralines bạn need:
For truffle filling:
300g halfbitter Sô cô la coating
100g butter
100g cream
For flavour:
rượu whisky ngô, bourbon vanilla
cinnamon
trái cam, màu da cam abrasion
cayenne pepper
đắng, cay đắng hạnh nhân aroma
Cointreu
For coating:
full-cream sữa Sô cô la coating
white Sô cô la coating
cocoa
finely chopped nuts (e.g. hazelnuts)
For filling:
complete nuts (e.g. hazelnuts, almonds)
dried fruits
1. truffle filling
- heat the cream in a pot and let the bơ and the halfbitter Sô cô la coating melt in it slowly
- attention: it shouldn't boil!
- add a flouvor if bạn like e.g. the rượu whisky ngô, bourbon vanilla, some cinnamon, the trái cam, màu da cam abrasion, cayenne pepper, đắng, cay đắng hạnh nhân aroma hoặc Cointreu
- fill in the fluid truffle filling in a bowl covered with plastic bọc hoặc a baking plate and let it cool in a fridge for at least 3 hours
- cut the truffle filling block in small pieces (1 x 1 cm) and form a small ball of each (here bạn can put in the complete nuts hoặc the dried fruits too)
2. coating
- let the Sô cô la coating melt in a double boiler and pull the balls through it
- as a last resort bạn can now roll the balls through the finely chopped nuts hoặc sprinkle it with cocoa
