There's a chance that your cat is not dead in spite of how long she's been gone. mèo are good at surviving on their own. A couple of years ago, a girl at my bus stop was sad was worried that her cat was dead because they havn't seen him in a while. Ever since than that cat (Ninja/Bandit)has become a neighborhood pet, with everyone feeding him and taking care of him. THe same thing happened to my last cat.

Maybe bạn should try nghề viết văn on allot of papers his mô tả (female, white/gray, persion, has polydactyl, ect) and go door to door with them, with her picture, asking the people if they have seen this cat recently hoặc ever before.
She could have been taken in bởi the one of the people living on that đường phố, street assuming that it was a lovable stray.

Well, it's hard to say, but......if bạn haven't seen her in thêm than a year...well, she probably isn't with us any more. Sorry, though.

I'm so sorry about that. I know how bạn feel. A few of mèo ran away too. It's an awful feeling. :(
